THE ABOVE VIDEO IS OUR ROMERO VIDEO -
THE VALUE OF ROMERO COMMUNITIES.

Romero Communities is quite small, but we manage to pack a lot into it! We're open from Monday to Wednesday 9.30am to 12.30pm for Romero, Support & Guidance, and the kettle is always on! Romero Communities is open for groups/activites or for a cuppa Monday to Wednesday mornings, call in to find out more, as we have lots of things going on, as well as offering help. We don't charge for our services or activities, and you can talk to us in confidence about anything that's on your mind. You don't need an appointment, but sometimes there can be a bit of a wait if someone comes in before you with a really urgent or complex problem.
Some of our volunteers have been here for many years, so we have a great deal of experience. We don't tell you what you should do: the idea is to give you a range of options to choose from, so that you solve your problems in your own way, based on the very best information we can find.
So what else do we do? Well, first of all, we work with a number of specialist services which hold sessions at Romero Communities at the Roundhouse Lifelong Learning Centre. For example, you can arrange to see a solicitor or a Counsellor here, or to meet members of our team at Romero Communities. New members are always welcome and all groups are free to join.

If you have an idea for a new activity or service, or if you would like some help to start up a community group yourself, please come and tell us. We would love to hear your idea and help in any way we can. Whether you come to us for help, friendship or fun, we will be delighted to welcome you to the Romero family! Pop in to see us, call us on 01226 770390 (mornings).

If you can’t come to us, we’ll try our best to arrange to visit you at home.

We offer a variety of volunteering opportunities ranging from tea-making to Support & Guidance, and we are always on the look-out for people who can help with fundraising and leadership.
We are especially keen that our future Board members should be local people who work with us as volunteers in our
day-to-day activities.
